Handling all invoicing and creating bills of lading;
Releasing work orders to the picking staff to keep the warehouse moving;
Staying on top of email chains to keep everyone in the loop;
Filing invoice paperwork and helping apply physical paperwork to shipments when the team needs an extra hand;
Tackling problems as they pop upwhether it's a paperwork error or a scheduling hiccup
