Creator Coordinator​/Talent Associate

Role Description

The Creator Coordinator/Talent Associate is a part-time, commission-based remote role focused on supporting creators throughout their journey with Vue. You will be a primary point of contact for creators, answering questions, gathering information, researching brands, building relationships and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from onboarding through ongoing collaboration.

This role is great for a college student, new grad, or someone interested in influencer marketing.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal correspondence with creators and internal teams.
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving for a diverse creator community.
• Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as scheduling, data entry, document management, and maintaining organized records.
• Talent Management exposure, including supporting talent pipelines, coordinating with managers, and tracking creator activity or performance.
• Onboarding experience, helping new creators or team members navigate sign-up processes, tools, and expectations.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace or similar platforms).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks independently in a part-time, remote environment.
• Interest or experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or talent coordination is highly beneficial.
