Clinical Support Assistant

The Clinical Support Assistant is responsible for supporting daily clinical site/office services and agency operations through specimen collection, fingerprint collection, interviews, billing support, and administrative and clinical assistance. This position requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The Clinical Support Assistant interacts regularly with individuals receiving services, agency staff, county representatives, and external partners and must comply with all applicable state regulations, agency policies, and safety standards.

• Facilitate routine health-related intake collections in strict accordance with safety and sanitary protocols.
• Conduct authorized identity verification and screening procedures following established guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, compliant, and professional office environment.
• Provide direct client support in the field as needed to assist our care teams.

• Respond to and coordinate service requests from county partners in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct structured interviews for clients and prospective staff members.
• Provide operational support to field staff, including schedule coordination and documentation review.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication to clients and families.
• Assist with billing administration by organizing, reviewing, and submitting required documentation.
• Ensure all client and agency records are processed accurately, promptly, and securely.

• Uphold strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols in line with HIPAA and agency policies.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Foster respectful, professional relationships with all clients, team members, and community partners.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, direct support, or human services.
• Must successfully complete standard pre-employment screening and credentialing.
• Possess reliable transportation.

• Experience guiding or leading small team dynamics.
• Prior background in an office, laboratory, or healthcare support role.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional boundaries.
• Highly dependable, punctual, and accountable.

• Ability to remain mobile or seated for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable adhering to strict infection control and workplace safety practices.
• Capable of balancing hands-on screening assistance with standard clerical duties.
• This role operates within a professional office and blended care setting.
