Service Tech-Apprentice
Tom Gill Buick GMC is looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the automotive industry!
$30,000–$40,000 per year to start. Full-time position. Training provided. Overtime available. Rotational Saturdays.
This position is the starting point for a Technician Apprentice and is designed for someone who wants to learn, develop their skills, and grow into a professional automotive technician.
You will be part of our General Service Team, working alongside experienced technicians and learning the skills necessary to advance your career.
What you'll do:
- Perform general maintenance and basic automotive services
- Oil changes and fluid services
- Tire rotations and tire-related services
- Brake inspections and basic brake work
- Vehicle inspections
- Assist experienced technicians with repairs
- Learn proper diagnostic and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership safety and repair procedures
- Work as part of a team to help get customers' vehicles completed correctly and on time
