Cronin Ford Kia is seeking a Call Center Customer Experience Representative to handle incoming calls, determine caller needs, and route them accordingly. You will also place outbound calls and schedule service appointments via phone or SMS, supporting both full-time and part-time roles.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and flexibility to accommodate scheduling. A valid driver’s license and clean MVRO are required.
