Serve as the primary contact for dealership parts managers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate ETAs, shipment visibility, and order status for parts;
Exception Management & Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve missing parts, cage discrepancies, shortages, and transit delays by working closely with PXD/PDC operations, transportation, and receiving sites;
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs;
Maintain customer records and update account information;
Assist with order and product management
