Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer First Center Advocate to join our client's team in Hamilton, Ohio
. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $18-20 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- 1+ years of experience in a high call volume service center
- Working knowledge of database software, such as Jack Henry Silverlake or similar systems
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Answer customer inquiries about bank products and services via phone, email, social media, or online chat
- Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to sales associates
- Stay current on products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer issues related to loan products by conducting account research and using support resources
- Perform customer account transactions and maintenance accurately
- Strive for first contact resolution of inquiries, transactions, and issues
- Escalate complex customer requests as directed by department leadership
