Client First Center Advocate

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer First Center Advocate to join our client's team in Hamilton, Ohio
. This is an onsite, contract position.

SALARY: $18-20 per hour (depending on experience).

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• 1+ years of experience in a high call volume service center
• Working knowledge of database software, such as Jack Henry Silverlake or similar systems
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Answer customer inquiries about bank products and services via phone, email, social media, or online chat
• Recognize sales opportunities and refer clients to sales associates
• Stay current on products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer issues related to loan products by conducting account research and using support resources
• Perform customer account transactions and maintenance accurately
• Strive for first contact resolution of inquiries, transactions, and issues
• Escalate complex customer requests as directed by department leadership
