Customer Service Advocate

Vaco is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity!

This position pays $18/ hr during the contract period. When hired permanently the position can pay up to $21/hr.

• Handle 50-60 inbound calls and digital inquiries daily.
• Assist customers with banking products and services, including online banking, account balances, debit cards, and loans.
• Resolve customer questions and issues whenever possible on the first contact.
• Process account transactions and maintenance accurately.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Stay current on products, services, and policies.

• First 6-8 weeks:
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• After Hired:
  Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
• Saturday rotation:
  Approximately 2-3 Saturdays every 8 weeks, with a weekday off.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable in a high-volume environment.
• Must be coachable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
