Job Overview

Lead Dentist (Managing Clinical Director) at Aspen Dental.

Position:
Full-time

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year, plus Signing Incentive of $25,000 and Relocation Stipend of $7,500.

• Lead a patient‑centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.

• Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with Operations to achieve financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community.

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, with non‑clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
