Description: Assistant Principal - Grades 9 - 12, 1 FTE
Job SummaryJob Summary: The Assistant Principal (AP) 9–12 serves as a key instructional and operational leader for a comprehensive high school, supporting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that advances academic achievement, college, career, and life readiness, and student well-being. The Assistant Principal collaborates closely with the Principal, central office leaders, staff, families, and community partners to advance district and building goals while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world-class customer service, answering all emails in a timely manner, and completing all Safe Schools training in a timely manner.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
- Valid Ohio Department of Education Administrative or Principal License.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of successful teaching or administrative experience, preferably at the secondary level.
- Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per school year calendar.
