What you'll do:- Provide leadership for the daily operations of Morgan Elementary
- Foster a welcoming, safe, and student-centered school culture
- Support and grow high-quality teaching and learning
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop staff members
- Use data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
- Partner with district leadership to implement initiatives and goals
- Communicate openly and positively with the school community
- Valid Ohio Principal or Administrative License
- Successful teaching experience required; elementary experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A relationship-driven leadership style and commitment to serving students

Salary Range: $97,571-$139,478
