The Assistant Principal partners closely with the Principal to support instruction, student success, and a safe, engaging learning environment where students and staff feel supported and valued.

• Help lead the day-to-day operations of the school
• Support a positive, respectful, and student-centered culture
• Work alongside staff to strengthen teaching and learning
• Assist with student discipline, attendance, and student supports
• Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff
• Supervise and support staff growth and development
• Coordinate school programs, activities, and events
• Contribute to district initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

• Valid Ohio Principal or Administrative License
• Successful teaching experience (middle school experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative leadership style and a heart for working with adolescents

Salary Range: $92,927-$132,840
