Ross Local School District is excited to invite an inspiring, student-centered leader to serve as the next Principal of Morgan Elementary School.

We are seeking a principal who leads with heart, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about helping every child and adult thrive.

The ideal candidate is a visible, collaborative leader who believes in teamwork, celebrates staff strengths, supports instructional excellence, and fosters a positive school culture where students feel safe, confident, and excited to learn each day.

What you'll do:

* Provide leadership for the daily operations of Morgan Elementary

* Foster a welcoming, safe, and student-centered school culture

* Support and grow high-quality teaching and learning

* Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff

* Supervise, evaluate, and develop staff members

* Use data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement

* Partner with district leadership to implement initiatives and goals

* Communicate openly and positively with the school community

What we're looking for:

* Valid Ohio Principal or Administrative License

* Successful teaching experience required; elementary experience preferred

* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

* A relationship-driven leadership style and commitment to serving students
