QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's Degree

* Appropriate State of Ohio Administrative License

* Minimum of five years successful teaching, administrative and/or supervisory experience, is preferred

* Primary/Secondary building-level experience

* Recognized instructional leadership with demonstrated expertise in partnering with others to elevate the level of instruction and improve achievement

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and human relations skills

* Demonstrates experience working with students, parents, staff, and administrators

* Demonstrates experience working with diverse learners

* Experience using technology as both a management and instructional tool

* Evaluates teaching effectiveness based on student achievement

* Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning

* Experience with personnel, student and fiscal management

* Creates a learning climate that supports student achievement and safety

* A satisfactory report from Criminal Records check

* Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record

* Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students

* Adheres to school, district, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws
