Assistant Director of Curriculum and Instruction 7-12

The Assistant Director of Instruction (7-12) – EAST provides district-level instructional leadership and administrative oversight to support high-quality teaching and learning across secondary grades. This role partners with building administrators and instructional leaders to advance personalized learning, rigorous curriculum, future-ready programming, and continuous improvement while maintaining strict confidentiality, providing world-class customer service, and ensuring timely communication.

• Provide district-level instructional leadership and administrative oversight for secondary grades.
• Partner with building administrators and instructional leaders to advance personalized learning, rigorous curriculum, future-ready programming, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality, provide world-class customer service, and ensure timely communication.
• Analyze data, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Valid Ohio Department of Education administrative license.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant educational experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and district policies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license required.

8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year based on a school year calendar; 1 FTE.
