Assistant Secondary Principal

Salary: $84,915.00 to $ - 215 Day Contract
Qualifications- Master's degree in education, including at least 12 semester hours in secondary administration, supervision, and curriculum
- A valid Ohio teaching license for secondary school principal
- At least five years experience in education, including three in secondary classroom teaching
- Strong academic background with demonstrated knowledge in curricular areas and State Standards
- Experience in working with diverse student populations
- Leadership in building a positive school environment with staff and students
- Interpersonal skills to develop collaborative decision-making relationships
- Ability to promote character development among students
- Experience in analyzing data from multiple sources to affect results
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Training in OTES required prior to August 2018
