This role is for a Gas Turbine Integration Leader supporting the LM2500 program reporting directly to the LM2500 Systems Leader. This role will also include system-related support of both Development and Production test.

Systems engineering is a cross‑functional discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. It considers both the business and technical needs of customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets user needs. The discipline executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, including identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs, and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed.

The process proceeds from concept to production to operation.

The Systems Integration Leader will be responsible for setting engineering priorities and direction for the engineering team working collaboratively with internal and external teams. The role requires leadership and coordination of both internal and external facing engineering teams to ensure the LM2500 program objectives, customer needs, and systems engineering processes and directives are met. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment, and includes providing technical direction and project leadership to deliver on all safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
