Senior Manager / Client Lead - CPA (Advisory Role)
- Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000
- Location: Hamilton, OH
- Work Model: On-Site
- Vendor fee- $3500
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advisor and lead client relationships for a portfolio of business clients.
- Lead recurring and strategic client meetings, including monthly financial reviews and business planning discussions.
- Add Public Job Details Provide real-time guidance on tax and accounting matters during client conversations.
- Connect tax implications with broader business and operational decisions.
- Identify risks, compliance issues, and business opportunities for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of tax, compliance, and advisory work.
- Use professional judgment to determine when to resolve issues directly and when to involve specialists.
- Ensure clients have a single point of leadership and accountability for their tax and advisory needs.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in tax and accounting.
- Proven experience advising business clients on tax and financial matters.
- Comfortable leading client conversations and representing the firm.
- Strong ability to think clearly and provide solutions in real-time discussions.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound professional judgment and provide proactive guidance.
- This role focuses heavily on client advisory and relationship leadership, rather than purely compliance or internal review work.
- The position provides partner-level client authority and autonomy, allowing the professional to lead client conversations and influence business decisions directly.
