Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary advisor and lead client relationships for a portfolio of business clients.
• Lead recurring and strategic client meetings, including monthly financial reviews and business planning discussions.
• Provide real-time guidance on tax and accounting matters during client conversations.
• Connect tax implications with broader business and operational decisions.
• Identify risks, compliance issues, and business opportunities for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of tax, compliance, and advisory work.
• Use professional judgment to determine when to resolve issues directly and when to involve specialists.
• Ensure clients have a single point of leadership and accountability for their tax and advisory needs.

Qualifications and

Education:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in tax and accounting.
• Proven experience advising business clients on tax and financial matters.
• Comfortable leading client conversations and representing the firm.
• Strong ability to think clearly and provide solutions in real-time discussions.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound professional judgment and provide proactive guidance.

Role Scope:

This role focuses heavily on client advisory and relationship leadership, rather than purely compliance or internal review work. The position provides partner-level client authority and autonomy, allowing the professional to lead client conversations and influence business decisions directly.
