Maternal Mental Wellness Director

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hamilton, OH, for a Maternal Mental Wellness Director. The individual in this position will develop, implement, and manage programs that support the mental wellness of mothers and families within the community. Responsibilities include creating wellness initiatives, overseeing program operations, training and supporting staff, managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments to maintain program alignment with organizational priorities.

The role also involves frequent communication with team members, stakeholders, and the community to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, families, and community partners
• Knowledge and experience in Health & Wellness, specifically in maternal mental health or related areas
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage program resources efficiently
• Proven ability to develop and deliver Training and development programs for staff and volunteers
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting Wellness and a supportive environment for diverse populations
• Bachelor's degree in mental health, social work, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience working in a non-profit or community-focused organization is beneficial
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
