Overview
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges and live their best lives? We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health with Community First Solutions
. As the largest provider of behavioral health services in Butler County, our team works hard to support our community. We provide a variety of mental health and addiction services including assessments, individual & group therapy, and psychiatric services. Our Therapists are responsible for directly providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients. At Community First, our culture embraces innovation, supports professional development and fosters collaboration and connectivity between teams.
- Competitive salary, based on licensure
- Part time, 20 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday, no weekends!
- Flexibility on days worked and start and end times of day
- One later evening required per week, until 6pm
- Time split between office and working within Butler County Jail

- You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You hold dual licensure: LSW, LPC, MFT or higher.
- You bring experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment, with outpatient or intern experience considered.
- You have strong clinical skills, a commitment to client rights, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.
- You have knowledge and skills in working with co-occurring disorders.
- You are comfortable completing assessments, individualized treatment plans, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

- Complete comprehensive addiction and mental health assessments
- Participate in staff meetings and treatment planning review meetings.
- Provide addiction and mental health treatment services, including groups and individuals
- Maintain communication with referral sources in a timely manner.
- Participate in therapeutic and psycho-educational interventions.
- Meet productivity standards as established by the agency
- Complete timely documentation of all client interactions
- Maintain adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Licenses or other required certification: One of the following: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT required.
Experience: Experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Treatment. Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required, we will consider intern experience. Must have strong clinical skills, a strong commitment to client rights, competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with clients, knowledge, and skills related to co-occurring disorders.
