Job Details
Location: Horizon Home Healthcare LLC - Vandalia, OH 45377
Job Type: PRN - PART TIME
Horizon Home Health Care is currently hiring Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) who work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement patient treatment plans. In this role, the COTA will work with patients of all ages to help them develop, recover, and maintain essential daily living and work skills. The position is available as PRN or part‑time. We offer self‑scheduling, pay per visit, weekly pay, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic interventions
- Track patient progress
- Adapt activities to improve motor skills, cognitive functions, and overall independence
Must have an active Ohio COTA Licensure.
