Are you looking for meaningful work where you can make a real difference in someone’s life? Safe Haven Home Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual with developmental disabilities in the Hamilton area.

As a DSP, you will provide hands‑on support to help your client live safely, independently, and with dignity—in both home and community.

Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide supervision and ensure client safety at all times
• Support community outings and transportation
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Encourage independence, structure, and positive routines
• Document daily activities and any changes in behavior or condition

• Consistent weekly hours (details provided during interview)
• Opportunity for additional shifts if desired

• Must be male (client preference)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check (BCI/FBI)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have or be willing to obtain Ohio DoDD certification
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
