In this independent and flexible role, you will be the face of our company, providing top‑notch care and diagnostic services to clients both in our centers and on the go.

- Provide Hands‑On Care:
Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces. Take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable. - Manage Specimens with Precision:
Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport. - Be a Mobile Ambassador:
Travel locally to meet clients, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top‑tier customer service. - Stay Tech‑Connected:
Utilize company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24–48 hours. - Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Assist with inventory, maintain clean work spaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members.
- Flexibility:
Manage your availability and enjoy a dynamic work environment outside of a traditional clinic. - Team Support:
Work with a supportive management team with opportunities to participate in special projects and peer mentoring. - Meaningful Impact:
Play a critical role in providing essential Exam One services to the community.
To thrive in this role, you should be a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy professional who values compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction.
Required Education & Experience- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification – based on state requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
- Must have internet access, computer, and printer.
- Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
- Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving‑violation convictions within the previous 36‑month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
