• Provide Hands‑On Care:
  Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces. Take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage Specimens with Precision:
  Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador:
  Travel locally to meet clients, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top‑tier customer service.
• Stay Tech‑Connected:
  Utilize company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24–48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly:
  Assist with inventory, maintain clean work spaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members.

  Manage your availability and enjoy a dynamic work environment outside of a traditional clinic.
• Team Support:
  Work with a supportive management team with opportunities to participate in special projects and peer mentoring.

To thrive in this role, you should be a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy professional who values compliance, adaptability, independence, and customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification – based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, computer, and printer.

• Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving‑violation convictions within the previous 36‑month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
