We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Jamestowne campus, a top rated dedicated post acute care community within Community First Solutions. In this role, you will provide overall leadership and operational direction for the campus, ensuring outstanding resident experiences, strong employee engagement, and regulatory excellence. This is not a desk-only leadership role. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be visible, engaged, and hands-on—partnering closely with clinical leaders, department directors, residents, families, and community stakeholders to drive results.

• Provides leadership in the delivery of coordinated, integrated resident care through the development and improvement of delivery systems. Leads the integration of innovation and evidence‑based findings into practice.
