Desired Qualifications &

Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
• Prior experience delivering school-based psychological services
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
• Knowledge of special education laws, eligibility procedures, and best practices
• Flexible, organized, and collaborative mindset
• Experience with diverse student populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Develop and present clear reports of evaluation results
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop individualized plans
• Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and support services as needed
• Provide short-term counseling and guidance to students
• Engage with teachers, administrators, and families to address student concerns
• Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical standards at all times
