Community First Solutions seeks a detail-oriented and service-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment and onboarding efforts while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from offer acceptance through Day One employment. This critical Human Resources role serves as the bridge between candidate selection and successful onboarding, ensuring all pre-employment requirements, compliance activities, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and serves as a positive ambassador for Community First Solutions.

In this impactful role, you'll help create meaningful first impressions, support organizational growth, and ensure every candidate experiences our mission, values, and commitment to excellence from the very beginning.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, onsite. No weekends, or holidays.

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hr, based on professional experience.
