Your responsibilitiesSummary:
This HR role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning strategies with organizational goals while providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. This role manages workplace investigations and resolves complex employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality, using data and insights to improve engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness. Additionally, this position supports key HR programs and ensures compliance while continuously enhancing the employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns.
- Lead investigation activities including interviews, fact-finding, documentation, findings, and recommendations while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
- Partner with leaders to resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on corrective actions, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Monitor employee relations trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Support organizational development initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
- Utilize workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business decision-making.
- Support key HR programs and processes including performance management, employee engagement surveys, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Your profileQualifications &
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated combination of education, training and experience.
- Proven experience establishing strong partnerships with functional and business leaders to develop and execute P&C strategies that directly support the business
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills. Must be willing to make presentations on P&C related topics to large groups both internally and externally
