DescriptionDescription: Specialist - Technology, 1 FTE
Job Summary: The Technology Specialist provides frontline and advanced support for district technology systems, hardware, and applications. This role collaborates with Technology teams and vendors to resolve issues, supports and/or leads district projects, documents procedures, and ensures consistent alignment with district technology standards and policies. The Technology Specialist plays a critical customer-facing and backend role by delivering timely, professional, and high-quality support and services to users across the district.
Qualifications- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience providing application, technology, and end-user support.
- Experience with modern technology hardware and software environments.
- Valid Ohio driver's license.
