Location: Germany (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite as required)
Contract Type: Freelance / Contract

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced PEGA Business Process Tester to support the testing and validation of complex business process workflows built on the Pega Platform
. The ideal candidate will have strong functional testing experience within PEGA environments and a solid understanding of BPM, case management, and integration testing.
You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of PEGA-based solutions across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute test cases for PEGA-based business processes
- Validate workflows, decision rules, integrations, and case management functionality
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing
Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios - Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Support end-to-end testing cycles within Agile/Scrum environments
- Ensure compliance with German and EU regulatory standards where applicable
- Proven experience testing solutions built on the Pega Platform
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and case lifecycle management
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
- Ability to read and interpret business process flows and technical specifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- PEGA certification (e.g., Certified System Architect or related)
- Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Healthcare)
- Knowledge of API testing and integration validation
- Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- German (C level or higher preferred, depending on project requirements)
