Description:
District Translators
- Oral and/or written translations in parent/teacher meetings, which may include face-to-face meetings or phone conferences.
- Oral and/or written translations for student testing.
- Written translations of school communications.
- Speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in both English and the language needed for translation, including using academic vocabulary.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass an FBI and BCII criminal background check.
- Preference for availability during school hours.
As needed, hours vary based on need. Current rate of pay is $40.00 per hour.
