We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our Tax Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality and agile developing and licensing of analytical content for our accounting and tax legal industry customers. You will leverage your (1) domain expertise in both accounting and US tax law, (2) ability to translate complex accounting and tax law issues into practical guidance, and (3) mastery of accounting and legal research and writing—including a fluent understanding of AI-assistance in accounting and legal research and writing—to develop and license comprehensive and timely accounting and legal analysis.

This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including content strategy, operations, technical, product, sales, and go-to-market partners.

Tax Legal and Accounting Content Creation, Licensing, Procurement, and Management

• Conduct in-depth legal research and write and edit clear, concise, and analytical and practical tax legal content.
• Help oversee the licensing and procurement of content for CPAs and accountants and potentially develop and maintain content for CPAs and accounting professionals.
• Analyze and interpret legislation, case law, rules/regs, legal news and other related materials and incorporate these findings into new and existing online and print analytical and practical content.
• Write/edit high-quality articles/commentaries on current tax issues for use by practicing attorneys.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all legal content produced, and compliance with legal and editorial standards.

• Leverage generative and agentic AI, automation, and data to streamline content development and editorial processes for developing and revising short- and long-form content.
• Craft prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and iterate to achieve optimal results.
• Track and monitor changes and trends in tax law and accounting, as well as advances in legal and accounting technology.

• Collaborate with Editorial Directors, Legal Editors, and Product Managers to scope, outline, draft, edit, and quality check new analytical and practical content.
• Contribute to the strategy and execution of new content development, licensing, and content procurement to deliver high quality, innovative products that meet the needs of our markets.
