Service Center Manager (Within Distribution Center)This role will report to the Group Vice President.
Responsibilities- Manage the Operations, Logistics, and Program Management activities associated with the assigned Customer Programs (VMI) to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.
- Ensure Customer programs meet expectations through customer engagement, audits, and routine maintenance of bins and racks.
- Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Distribution Center, and Supply Chain to ensure that optimal Service center and program inventory levels are maintained for program customers. Including adjusting DC min/max, program bin quantity, and replenishment schedule.
- Provide leadership to the Service Center associates to implement best practices, improve efficiencies, and facilitate operational continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor & facilitate customer priorities associated with the dock‑dock & discrete orders being shipped from DC.
- Support Account Managers in addressing failure modes associated with dock‑dock, discrete and VMI orders.
- Work with DC management team to prioritize product movement.
- Work with the Regional management team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Support operations projects such as customer launches and program implementations.
- Responsible for delivery vehicle maintenance, repairs, and compliance.
- Other duties as required.
Primary work location will be West Chester, OH. Travel requirements will be limited.
Job Requirements- Minimum of five years of operations/order management experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Minimum of five years of experience with VMI, Kanban or other inventory systems requiring a triggered replenishment from a warehouse infrastructure.
- A working knowledge of inventory management (APICS certification a plus).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and processes.
- Experience with fasteners and fastener quality standards strongly preferred.

Work Hours:
7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday
Targeted Salary: $75, (Depending upon experience)
