** What You'll Do*
* + Provide executive‑level oversight of Food & Environmental Services across multiple acute‑care facilities.

+ Lead and develop direct‑report managers, each responsible for teams and operations at the site level.

+ Build and foster high‑trust, strategic relationships with senior client executives and operational stakeholders.

+ Ensure consistent service excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered outcomes across all hospitals.

+ Champion Sodexo's culture while navigating and strengthening a mature union environment.

+ Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, and create structure and accountability.

+ Drive system‑wide innovation in quality, safety, efficiency, and workforce engagement.

** What You Bring*
* + Senior leadership experience in Food Services, Environmental Services, or Healthcare Support Services (system‑level preferred)

+ Proven success managing leaders (not just frontline employees)

+ Experience working in a union environment highly preferred

+ Ability to develop client relationships and manage high‑stakes expectations

+ Strong understanding of operational standards, compliance, and service delivery within healthcare

+ Must reside (or be willing to relocate) to Southwest Ohio-this is an onsite, relationship‑centric role
