Overview

Community First Solutions seeks a strategic and mission-driven Regional Director of Operations to lead operational excellence, performance, and resident experience across a growing portfolio of senior living communities. This high-impact leadership role partners closely with Executive Directors, clinical leaders, and organizational departments to ensure each campus consistently delivers exceptional care, hospitality, and operational performance aligned with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-site operator who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and brings a balance of operational discipline, people leadership, and strategic thinking. This leader will serve as a critical connector between enterprise strategy and day-to-day execution—ensuring organizational standards are not only implemented, but sustained across every community we manage.
