Job DescriptionAssistant Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Manager in managing the P&L and the entire operation, including human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling, and collections.
- Model leadership, connect with the people you lead, and multiply talent.
- Assist operations teams through local leaders to deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
- Manage processes and compliance across operations, finance, credit & collections, HR, health & safety, procurement, and sales & marketing.
- Achieve operational goals and metrics.
- Provide on‑the‑job training through self‑learning or training others.
- Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (preferable in construction, installation, or trades).
- Full P&L experience.
- Bi‑lingual in English/Spanish (preferred).
Regional travel required, less than 50% of total travel.
Physical RequirementsProlonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
