Crescent is seeking a Manager of People Operations who will lead and optimize HR practices across performance management, compensation, and employee experience. This hands-on leadership role requires a strategic thinker with 7+ years of experience in HR leadership, strong payroll compliance knowledge, and proficiency in HRIS systems like UKG.
The successful candidate will develop scalable systems and improve processes to enhance employee experience, and manage budgeting and forecasting while collaborating with Finance and other departments. The position offers a competitive salary between $110,000 and $130,000.
