We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our James Towne campus, a top rated dedicated post acute care community within Community First Solutions
. In this role, you will set the tone for quality, accountability, and a caring environment while ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of compassionate, person-centered care.

Compensation- Starting at $95,000/year, based on experience

- Directing, planning and coordinating the activities concerned with the provision of health for the residents residing at the community. Facilitates nursing best practices operations related to people, process, systems to enhance or improve the care of residents.
- Responsible for ensuring our residents, clients, and family members receive responsive, compassionate, and customer‑oriented care and service. Proactively works to resolve client satisfaction issues and escalates areas of concern appropriately.
- Responsible for supervision of nursing staff including but not limited to RNs, LPNs, MDS Nurses, STNAs, Resident Assistants, Caregivers, Schedulers, and Unit Clerks. Coordinates the scheduling of staff to maintain the standards outlined by administration and appropriate licensing agencies. Responsible for the selection, hiring, training, engagement, and development of nursing staff. Delegates to professional nursing personnel, the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.
