Material Handler – 4th Shift

Location: Hamilton, OH
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $17.68/hr + $3.00/hr shift differential

The Material Handler supports manufacturing operations by receiving, moving, storing, and tracking raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly through accurate inventory control and timely material delivery.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders
• Transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Stage and deliver materials to production areas per work orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and preparing outbound shipments
• Report material discrepancies, damage, or shortages promptly
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Work up to 10-hour shifts and weekends as scheduled

• 1–3 years of material handling or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Basic computer and inventory system experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of workplace and material-handling safety practices
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
