Assembly 4th Shift.

• An assembler is responsible for building and assembling connector components with precision and efficiency, following detailed specifications and quality standards.
• This role involves using hand tools, inspecting parts for accuracy, and ensuring products meet customers and company requirements.

• Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
• Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy.
• Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards.
• Complete required documentation, including production and quality check forms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders accurately.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure components are assembled to exact specifications.
• Comfort using hand tools and basic power tools for assembly tasks.
• Skill in performing quality checks and completing required documentation.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts and components.
• A proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
