Slitter Operator - 3rd Shift

Sets up, operates, and produces slit products using equipment in a safe manner, following specifications, and ensuring quality products are sent out on time in full.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment operating complex manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Level II requires an excellent understanding of GMP requirements and the Oliver Tolas Quality System.

• High degree of attention to detail.
• Follows job spec accurately.
• Ensures quality of product meets customer requirements.
• Reports non‑compliant materials to QA immediately or as required by policy.

• Employee is required to stand, bend, kneel, walk, sit, balance, handle or feel objects; tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
