Slitter Operator- 3rd Shift

Sets up, operates, and produces slit products using equipment in a safe manner, following specifications, and ensuring quality products are sent out on time in full.

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience - Vocational training a plus. Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in an industrial manufacturing environment operating complex manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices required. Excellent verbal communication skills. Mechanical aptitude. Level II requires an excellent understanding of GMP requirements and the Oliver Tolas Quality System.

High degree of attention to detail. Follows job spec accurately. Ensures quality of product meets customer requirements. Reports non-compliant materials to QA immediately or as required by policy.

Employee is required to stand, bend, kneel, walk, sit, balance, handle or feel objects; tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.
