Swiss Lathe Setup Operator 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Weekly paycheck

Pay:  $25/hour

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate swiss screw machines and multi-spindle lathe machines, including tooling adjustments and machine calibration

Load bar stock, monitor production, fill fluids, and remove chips to ensure continuous operation

Maintain quality standards and ensure conformance to specifications through inspections and adjustments

Assist with troubleshooting, machine maintenance, and training team members on setup and operation

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of swiss setup or lathe setup experience OR relevant education (non-trainable position)

Ability to read and interpret machine drawings, schematics, and written instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environment

Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift over 30 lbs, and work in hot and cold conditions

** Pay Details:**  $25.00 per hour
