Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining, is seeking a Swiss and Lathe Setup Operator 2nd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a Swiss and Lathe Setup Operator 2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting skilled machining operations. Job Title: Swiss and Lathe Setup Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2am

• Set up and operate Swiss screw machines and multi-spindle lathe machines to produce high-quality components.
• Load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips from machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform setup tasks including tooling changes and adjustments to meet specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure conformance with quality standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and training of team members.

• Minimum of 1-year prior experience with Swiss or lathe machine setup and operation or relevant education.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and machine drawings.
• Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, push, and lift over 30 pounds, and work in varying temperature environments.
