Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:30pm and rotating Saturday's. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavier loads
- Exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
- Work safely at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment
- Remain on the move and be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods, including overtime as needed
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
- Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs require
- Perform other job‑related tasks and follow any job‑related instructions given by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations

The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds, as well as exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires. The job may require working at heights of 25 feet, operating forklifts, using safety equipment such as steel toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, seatbelts, and self‑retracting lifelines.
Protective equipment is provided by the company except for steel toe boots, which must be purchased by the employee. The work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when handling barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
- Ability to work safely at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment
- Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation and manufacturing regulations
- Forklift certification required
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Team‑work orientation
- Successful pre‑employment drug test (no THC testing)
