What You’ll Do- Set up and operate fiber and/or CO₂ laser cutting machines
- Load and position metal materials for production runs
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, or gauges to ensure quality
- Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team members and production goals as needed
- Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
- Experience with lasers, CNC machines, or metal processing (bonus)
- Blueprint reading experience
