Opportunity to work on parts used in cutting‑edge industries

• Set up and operate fiber and/or CO₂ laser cutting machines
• Load and position metal materials for production runs
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
• Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, or gauges to ensure quality
• Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team members and production goals as needed

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
• Experience with lasers, CNC machines, or metal processing (bonus)
• Blueprint reading experience
