Screw Machine Operator - Hamilton, OH

Individual will operate Acme and Davenport screw machines. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified machine operator to work with a great company that offers excellent benefits. • Responsible for operation of screw machines; including loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine.
• Responsible for performing minor tooling adjustments, tool changes, and tool sharpening.
• Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.
• Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of screw machines.

• Mechanically inclined – Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixing things both familiar and unfamiliar.
• Perform standard math – Individual needs to be able to perform standard math to effectively make machine adjustments.
• Reasoning ability – Ability to think, reflect, and make decisions to overcome obstacles.
• Relevant work experience; maintenance, mechanic, automotive mechanic, or trade school completion.
• Perform standard math – add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
