Job Title: Flex Crew

Job Summary: Provides essential support across multiple departments and functions as needed. Demonstrates adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to quickly learn new tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Cross‑trained on various stations and production lines to assist the team in meeting daily performance goals and production metrics.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fast‑paced production environment; some areas may involve heat or working with sharp materials.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and handle large pieces of glass.
• Must be able to operate equipment such as saws, welders, drills, screw guns, punches, and end mills (training provided).
• Required PPE based on production line or task:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Some lines operate 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.)

  Overtime scheduled as needed.
