Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Sanitation Supervisor to lead and coordinate sanitation activities within our bakery production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance while overseeing sanitation team members and supporting efficient production operations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily sanitation activities throughout the bakery facility.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company sanitation standards.
• Train, coach, and develop sanitation team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify cleanliness and sanitation effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate sanitation records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to support operational goals.
• Monitor inventory and proper use of sanitation chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Investigate and resolve sanitation-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Previous supervisory experience in sanitation, food manufacturing, bakery operations, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts as needed.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
