Genpact is hiring a Manufacturing Specialist (Electrical Assembly) to support Aerospace manufacturing operations in Cincinnati, OH. This is an Associate level manufacturing role for candidates with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly
. The ideal candidate will have experience building industrial equipment or machinery, reading electrical drawings, performing wiring, and supporting production teams in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of industrial equipment and machine builds.
• Execute machine builds using electrical plans (E-Plans), assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform electrical wiring, wire pulling, wire termination (landing), and cable routing.
• Assemble power, control, and communication circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams during assembly and integration.
• Conduct functional and validation testing of assemblies.
• Support equipment installation and integration activities.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly and wiring issues.
• Ensure work is completed safely while meeting quality and production standards.
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet for documentation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or industrial assembly experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical assembly (mandatory).
• Experience with mechanical assembly of industrial equipment or machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Experience with wire pulling, wire landing, and control panel wiring.
• Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace, automation, or industrial equipment environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
